A lot of people had a crush on her in the 1980s, but look at her now…

In the 1980s, she was the heartthrob of many, starring alongside Paul Hogan in the iconic “Crocodile Dundee” series. However, Linda Kozlowski’s path took an unexpected turn as she veered away from the Hollywood spotlight, ultimately finding fulfillment in a completely different world.

Born on January 7, 1958, in Fairfield, Connecticut, Kozlowski’s journey to fame began with a passion for acting. After honing her skills at the Juilliard School, she made her mark in various off-Broadway productions before landing minor roles on Broadway and television. It was her performance alongside Dustin Hoffman in the television movie “Death of a Salesman” that set her on the path to stardom.

But it was her role as the intrepid journalist Sue Charlton in “Crocodile Dundee” that catapulted her to international fame. The film’s unprecedented success turned Kozlowski into a household name virtually overnight. Yet, despite her rising star status, she felt constrained by Hollywood’s tendency to typecast her.

After the third installment of “Crocodile Dundee,” Kozlowski made a bold decision to step away from acting altogether. Instead, she chose to embark on a new chapter of her life, one far removed from the glitz and glamour of Tinseltown.

In 1990, Kozlowski married her “Crocodile Dundee” co-star Paul Hogan, with whom she shares a son named Chance. However, their marriage came to an end in 2014. It was during this period of transition that Kozlowski found herself drawn to Morocco.

In Morocco, Kozlowski found love once again, this time with Moulay Hafid Baba, a native tour guide. Together, they founded Dream My Destiny, a luxury travel agency based in Marrakech. Their agency specializes in crafting bespoke travel experiences, drawing on Kozlowski’s intuition honed from years in the entertainment industry.

Now, at 63 years old, Kozlowski has fully embraced her new life in Morocco, far from the glitz and glamour of Hollywood. While her acting career may be a thing of the past, her legacy as Sue Charlton lives on, and her journey serves as an inspiration to those seeking to carve their own path, no matter how unconventional it may be.
