WELL DONE.. Your life will CHANGE hence forth.. Remember to JOURNAL what works and what doesn’t. You will do AMAZING works with that garden. Don’t forget to MULCH on top of all that which really does matter..

My husband put a fence around our old trampoline poles. We used it to extend our chicken coop before we had a bigger yard for them to roam around in. A couple of days ago he decided to use it to protect our raised garden beds from the chickens and the goats. I can’t wait to see it finished 😍 We have an electric fence around our bigger garden beds but that doesn’t always stop the chickens from getting to it 😔
I LOVE LOVE LOVE how yours has turned out and many others in the comments.

Did kinda the same thing last year including chicken wire under, on top, everywhere. Blocks everything but rodents, which were a problem at first, but I got a couple audible frequency generators and…no more mice 😃

Love it!
People around the hill country have to build these, but they also have to put fencing across the top because the deer can still jump the fence and eat your veggies.
The deer are awful out here. You can plant some veggies, and the next day they are eaten to the ground.

Raised bed envy. LOL. That’s beautiful.
I’m new to gardening. If I manage not to kill everything, I am considering having a proper raised bed garden like this for next year.
My property is on hills with a lot of trees, so I don’t have the open sunny spaces a lot of people have.
